The design process usually begins with a visit to see your garden. We like to find out as much as possible about how the space is used and how it might be enjoyed in the future. We love to talk about plants, planting styles and colour. Before we can develop ideas for your garden we need to carry out a site survey which includes taking lots of photographs, noting the orientation of the plot, taking soil samples, assessing the condition of boundaries, measuring the site, and noting the location of trees and services. A fee is charged for this work.

Then we prepare a concept document to bring together everything we have discussed and discovered about the potential for your new garden. We'll give you an estimate of the cost involved to realise the plan. Planting plans and construction drawings are then produced for your approval. During the last few years we have designed more than 50 public and private gardens across the Island.

We work with a highly skilled team including civil engineers and landscapers who can build almost anything including retaining walls, paths, patios, raised beds and pergolas.
